I had trouble populating execution groups in WMB and RHEL 6.x, but never RHEL 5.x

I tried using a user id with mqbrkrs as the primary goup but this did not work

I was able to fix this with the following, even without using a user ID with mqbrkrs as the primary group

Set the nproc to use a higher limit. This did not make sense initially, as both RHEL 6.x and 6.x use a default of 1024, but it works to prevent any problems populating execution gorups in RHEL 6.x

Perform the following to fix any problems populating execution groups in RHEL 6.x

Code:
    - Edit /etc/security/limits.conf

    - Place the following entries towards the bottom of the file:

      mqm           soft    nproc          16384
      mqm           hard    nproc          16384
