Hi,

I got a requirement to delete QM on solaris, but i am getting error while deleting stating that"

AMQ7021: An error occurred while deleting the directory structure for the queue
manager."

Please let me know how to delete the QM forcefully.

it is just telling dltmqm command and with -z option not about forcefully delete

So you didn't find anything on stopping and removing queue managers manually?

No it isn't.

Location: US: west coast, almost. Otherwise, enroute.

Since you want to manually delete a queue manager, you might want to go to google, and search for exactly those words.

Since this type of activity is system administration, you could also search for a manual named WebSphere MQ System Administration.
