Have you tried it?
If so what does the output say?
What does the Infocentre documentation say about the command?
What does the documentation say about the config manager related commands?

finally,
Why do you need to know this?
Are you having JVM related issues with the config manager?

Even if you knew the JVM heap size, you would not know the C runtime heap size.

You can use jconsole to look at JVM heap size for DFEs.

As davies says, if you cannot articulate why you need it, it is wasted effort.
