Hi Guys & Gals,

I am new with PM4Data, We are using MQ V6 and PM4data on win2003 server.

PM4DATA Process Monitor hangs and MQ Queues are filling up due to this error

When I try to log in Process Monitor it hangs and eventually times out
with following message:
Quote:

Message:

Exception while login validation operation: Exception while retrieving
the System users:Response not received from UserService in alloted time
interval

Cause:

Exception while login validation operation: Exception while retrieving

interval

An internal component failure has been detected. Please report this
error to the support staff and try again later.

However I can successfully ping PM4DATA:


Has any buddy experienced this error, it'll be great if any buddy can help me.

does the queue CQ.USER.SERVICE have any messages in it?

Hi Wmqiadmin,

Were you able to resolve this issue. I am having the same issue with PM4Data and i am struck. I did restart PM4data but it didn't resolve the issue.

HI Terir,

Yes I see the message in CQ.USER.SERVICE queue. what can be the problem.

I know its been 5 years but any help is highly appreciated.
