I have written a servlet that uses the MQ Java base functionality to interact with MQSeries Server 5.2 on a Windows 2000 Server. I am able to deploy servlet without any error whatsoever on Tomcat, but Websphere AE 4.0 has proven to be quite a different story. Basically, I am getting javax/Resource exceptions and com.ibm.mq.MQException exceptions galore.

Some folks have been telling me that I must use JMS in Websphere-- is this true? If not, is the Websphere setup just a matter of configuring the "Default Server" classpath?

This is a real bummer dude.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
