Hi,
I have the following problem when trying connect to CICS, using CICS Request node:

Take a user trace, see if there's more information.
Talk to the CICS administrator, see if there's more information. |

One thing to ask your CICS admins about is whether or not the CICS regions are brought online before CTG is brought up. There is an issue with initialization which will always fail if CTG tries to initialize before CICS regions are live. If CTG attempts to init and fails, it will always fail on subsequent attempts, even after the CICS regions are brought online.
