Hi all
Do anyone know what configuration changes is required within WAS/Process server to enable the "escalation" widget. If you view the documentation it tells you that the widget would not work if system is not configured properly. (what does that mean). What needs to be configured for widgets like "Escaltion" , "Process deffinition", "My work organiser" to work.
I cant find any reference within the infocentre relating to system configurations required to make these widgets work. I also do not find anything on google. Either no one is using Business space or I have done something wrong which no one else experienced in the world (highly unlikely).
I have installed BPM 7.5 and created a Process server profile and chose the "Configure business space" option.
I then created a busisness space using the advance task amangement template.
