What exactly is a clustered environment apart from a distributed enviroment linked together in a particular way? I'm not saying it's a single click but it's still just queue manager definitions?

JMS will be set up to use JNDI won't it? And id it isn't then enjoy sitting in the hole you've dug for yourself.

Any Pub-Sub definitions are queue manager objects in v7 and saveqmgr will copy them. If you're not using v7 then it's a slightly deeper hole.
