Hi,
I got an error when creating a new Rule with the Rules Management Console under MQSI 2.1 (NNSY 5.6) with CSD 2 I'm able to see all my formats and Rules, but when I tried to create a new Rule. The following error poped up, any help would be appreciate. Thanks.

Error: 372
Description: Failed to load control "SecurityControl" from . Your version of may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

The error seems incompleted. Failed to load from what? I see only a period after from..
I'm running Windows NT 4. with Service Pack 6a, MMC version 1.1.
