Hello everybody....i am trying to deploy bar files onto multiple brokers at once by deploying into any one broker and expect it to be deployed automatically into the other ones....i am using broker v7 on windows xp sp3....please excuse me cause the constraint is a bit strange....i do not want to use the Broker Explorer to deploy..i know it can be done through it by selecting the brokers....but that would need the brokers to be selected manually...
So suppose i have two brokers BRK1 and BRK2 into queue managers QM1 and QM2 respectively, i would like to make such a configuration such that whenever i deploy into BRK1 or BRK2, the deployment is automatically propagated into the other broker....it could be a deployment or removal of message flows....
I am exploring if this is possible using the pub/sub mechanism but any other ideas are also most welcome.....this is for the test environment only and not for production since that will be managed by the administrators and they have build scripts for that.... _________________ With Best Regards,

Either build a script, or use the java broker API (ex configmgr API) to determine that. _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

There is no configuration that will allow a broker to know that it is supposed to receive copies of deployment assignments from another broker.
You have to have to deploy the same artifacts to each broker individually, so that if you want both brokers to be deployed to with the same things, you have to deploy the same thing individually to each broker.
As fjb_saper says, with a script or with an AdminAPI program. |
