Creating a Outbound adapter to Siebel. I can see in the log it connects, issures a query for objects. After some time it returns an empty set which throws and error indicating unexpected EOF.
On the Siebel side the Event Table is created but has not been populated. The Siebel Admins are tardy in doing this. Does this table being empty create the error I am seeing. We can go through the WEB interface with the UID/PWD and can see the objects. I have read the InfoCenter and it is 'fuzzy' on the requirements. I am reading it and it 'almost' seems the table has the triggers for the inbound configuration? Is this valid thinking? |

My issue is that the Toolkit, when building the adapter, will not return the result set. I am also at v7 and that doc indicates the issue was fixed in v6.1 |

What version? 7. what ?
You need to be at 7.0.0.3 to get the fix.

During Inbound polling on WebSphere Message Broker, there is a thread deadlock situation encountered if the message flow is stopped during the processing of an event. The timer mechanism used to schedule the polling thread leads to deadlock situation. The polling mechanism on WMB is now handled by using the work manager to manage and execute the polling thread. |

Your welcome, glad to help. This week, we just updated to our toolkits 7.0.0.3 Ifix 2. It seems to compile our bars twice as fast. Some of our bars were taking four to five minutes to compile on 7.0.0.2. The first time I compiled under 7.0.0.3 IFix 2, it took only one minute thirty seconds. Good luck. _________________ http://leanpub.com/IIB_Tips_and_Tricks
