Need to simulate backout condition for JMS pub/sub application , i am aware of ways to acheive that outside of JMS (set MQMD.Backoutcount on the MQPUT) , but with JMS JMS_DELIVERY_COUNT property seem to be read-only to cater to JMS specification . Correct me if am wrong here.
There are not many places with in app to make it fail after message is consumed by JMS application , so looking to send a 'backed out' message ..
How does any of you simulate this or suggest some ideas to acheive if at all with in JMS API? (or do i have to resort to techniques of sending backed out message outside of JMS)
