Perhaps if you gave us some context in which you're encountered this?
I mean, there's a J866 message used on this site but it refers to the name of a COBOL copybook on one of the legacy systems here so means nothing anywhere else. R10 sounds like it should be a SWIFT or EDIFACT format, but then so does J866...
