Hi Folks,

Does anyone know the default password for the MUSR_MQADMIN account that is created when MQ Series is installed? If it is platform specific, we are interested in v5.2 for Windows NT/2000.

I understand the password is created randomly when MQ is installed. You shouldn't really need to know the password for this unless you are changing the settings for 'This user' in the 'Identity' tab within DCOMCNFG. If this is the case then you will have to set your own password for this account. The password isn't used anywhere other than in DCOMCNFG so you don't have to worry about other things not working.
