Im getting a "]BIP7053S: Unexpected Java exception com.ibm.disthub2.impl.util.
AssertFailureError: No PUBLIC ACL on the root topic" error in the syslog for a 6.1 broker.

Can some one help me with the things that could trigger this error ?

It's caused by some configuration change you have made.
