I am running WMB 7.0.0.1 on RHEL 5.6
I am getting the following error:
Code:
[root@HX5-3 /]# su - mqm
MQSI 7.0.0.1
/opt/ibm/mqsi/7.0
-bash-3.2$ . /opt/ibm/mqsi/7.0/bin/mqsiprofile
MQSI 7.0.0.1
/opt/ibm/mqsi/7.0
-bash-3.2$ dspmq
QMNAME(WQM1) STATUS(Running)
-bash-3.2$
-bash-3.2$ mqsicreatebroker WQM1 -q WQM1
mqsicreatebroker: error while loading shared libraries: libmqm_r.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
-bash-3.2$
Please notice above that I executed the mqsiprofile command prior to the mqsicreatebroker command
I checked the existence of the groups and users:
Code:
-bash-3.2$ cat /etc/group | grep mqbrkrs
mqbrkrs:x:502:mqm
-bash-3.2$ groups mqm
mqm : mqm mqbrkrs
-bash-3.2$ id mqm
uid=101(mqm) gid=501(mqm) groups=501(mqm),502(mqbrkrs)
-bash-3.2$ getent group mqm
mqm:x:501:
-bash-3.2$ getent group mqbrkrs
mqbrkrs:x:502:mqm

Did you check whether you had the symlinks for the qmgr commands there (/usr/local/bin?)
Reread the manual about MQ 64 bits etc... check if you need to remove the symlinks?
Anyways you might want to upgrade to WMQ 7.0.1.6... and WMB 7.0.0.2
So you sourced mqsiprofile, but is the user running the command also member of mqm and member of mqbrkrs?
What is the value of your env variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH or equivalent?
