Can anyone please help by providing the steps I should take to implement SSL on a SVRCONN channel ?
I have defined a SVRCONN channel to use for this, and tried various settings for the SSL CipherSpec. I created a self-signed certificate and put it in the key repository. I stored the certificate on my client system. However when I try to connect I get a 2393 RC.
I realise that I have done something wrong, however I have not done this before and would appreciate any help that you can give me.

There is a comprehensive guide (pdf) referenced over a year back on this forum (I'd say about 2 years back)

MQRC_SSL_INITIALIZATION_ERROR, pls check the qmgr error log !
please re-check what cipher and authentication(required/optional) you have used !
