Hello All,
We are using WMB V6.1 and facing an issue with XML Parser.
Runtime exception is captured and logged in the Production environment. The error message looks like below.

Error occured in procedure, SqlRoutine
invoke, 2
488 Error detected, rethrowing,
SqlStatementGroup:execute,
5009 XML Parsing Errors have occurred, XmlImbParser parseFirstChild, 5004 An error has been reported by the BIPXML4C component. |
This happens when we receive the message from backend system for the first time. Next time when the same request is sent the transaction succeeds.
I would like to know is this a known issue with the Broker ? I have even cross checked if the data from bakend is wrong but the message looks ok.
Please let me know how to identify the Root cause of this issue.

As a suggestion try running the flow (obviously not in production per se) but using the XMLNSC parser instead, the XML parser is frowned upon if not deprecated or both and should be replaced by the XMLNSC parser, its been around a while now, if the problem does not re-manifest itself then problem solved - new problem is getting it into production asap.

We have faced such an issue in the PreProd environment. There we were able to capture the failed message and test. Now in Production the first request fails and second time it works...
In PreProd we were getting Null character in the Payload like a square box...
We are continuing our investigations on this issue... |
