Hi,
While going through the forum topics, found one response from mqjeff and smdavies99 saying that 'XMLNSC is not same as xmlnsc'.
Thinking that ESQL keywords are not case sensitive, am not keen and observed this difference and also didn't cameup with any issue at anytime.
I have gone through the documentation, by typing xmlnsc and XMLNSC in search, the results are displaying about the same XMLNSC domain.
If anybody found this, could you please tell the difference and also give the link if you are provided with
MQJeff and smdavies99, could you please provide
Thanks to both. |

Yes, that appears to have mostly been a mistake on my part.
I had assumed that the XMLNSC parser would report itself in trace output as 'XMLNSC' and not 'xmlnsc'.
And, yes, although ESQL keywords are not generally case sensitive, it's better to be on the safe side here. In particular, if one is doing CREATE FIELD ... DOMAIN, I mostly would prefer to always put 'XMLNSC' as the domain name and not risk the results of using 'xmlnsc'. |
