I have written a java program which put and get message from a queue. My java program is in a user with group as say "intsrc". Do i require to add this group in my authentication script for my java program to put and get message.

It depends on how your queue manager is configured, but typically you need to give permission to anyone other than the mqm user, or any user in the mqm group. To do this, use the setmqaut and dspmqaut commands.
