| Installation Manger Version Error |

Currently i am having WMB 7.0.0.1 and i would like to Upgrade to 7.0.0.2 OR Higher ,
Now when i go to Installation Mnager >Update ,
I get the list of version available ,When i select the 7.0.0.2 and do NEXT it gives me an error message saying
The "IBM® WebSphere® Message Broker Toolkit 7.0.0.3" installation package requires Installation Manager version "1.3.4.1" or later. The running Installation Manager is version "1.3.3".
When i try to select the Installation Manager version "1.3.4.1" from the options i get the Java Null Pointer Exception ,
Does anyone had the similar problem ,
How to fix the Java Null Pointer Exception that i get in installation manager wizard . |

Download the latest Installation Manager from the IBM site, install it, then use it to update broker.
That's how I fixed it. Others with more Java knowledge may have a more sophisticated solution.

The latest IM kit is 1.4.4

i have downlaoded the IM 1.4.4 and it worked initially .
[b]Initially it worked fine But when i tried to update the Version from 7.0.0.3 to 7.0.02 of the Toolkit from IM i see that this file is missing error and the update is failing every time i do update from IM .
Error updating.
Error getting file for installation:
Failed to locate previously fetched file at C:\Program Files\IBM\SDP70Shared\plugins\com.ibm.broker.config.appdev.doc_7.0.200.v20101130_1524.jar..
any idea on how to proceed further. |
