Hi guys. We recently deployed a new application that has a flow that parses SWIFT msgs. Nothing out of the ordinary. However, some messages (type MT202) with a special trailer (aka SWTRAIL_PLUS) are failing. The exception looks like this:

Detailed Exception Information:
Exception Type = RecoverableException
Exception Number = 2230
Exception Text = Caught exception and rethrowing
Exception Details =
Exception Type = ParserException
Exception Number = 5421
Exception Text = TDS General Error
Exception Details = 'SwiftEnvelope','/SwiftEnvelope/SWTRAIL_PLUS','489','Missing
a group indicator for complex type or group'
Exception Type = ParserException
Exception Number = 5437
Exception Text = Missing a group indicator for complex type or group
Exception Details = '','
:','489'

The relevant section of the message looks like this:

{S:{SAC:}{COP:P}}

We are using SWIFT_2010_100730_v6.

Anyone had this issue?

Location: Somewhere over the Rainbow this side of Never-never land.
Are you using the SWIFT Support Pack? If you are then as this is a Cat 1 (costs money) I'd go back to the guys in Dublin for help.

If you have rolled your own, I guess you should make sure that your message set really does follow the SWIFT standard.
