Hi,
I am using an MDB deployed on Websphere 7.0 which consumes message from a Queue on WMQ 7. The problem i am facing is, the open input count on Queue is increased by 1 after every invocation of MDB. Open Input count never goes down till i restart the WAS.
Has anyone encountered such issue? What could be the problem.

| Why is it not closing Queues? I have not written any code to open a Queue...Queue is being injected using annotation. |

Yes, that is the question you need to answer using the information you have available.
Since we don't have most of that information, there's very little we can do.
If it were me, I would start by confirming that other MDBs either DO or DO NOT exhibit the same behavior.
If others DO NOT, then I would have a point of comparison. |

Check if you are using V 7.0.1.6
If your version is not at this level upgrade and check if it still happens.
There was a note somewhere and I believe it said this was fixed in v7.0.1.6
