Hi,
I have a component running in com+ (written in VB6 sp5) to send and receive
mq messages. This runs on a win2k server with MQ client installed , talking
to a queue on a mainframe (not sure what os but one of IBM's). Messages are
sent and received fine, but we have noticed that two channels are opened
when we connect (one opens around 5-10 seconds after the other). I am only
issuing one connect call (this is an MQCONNX). Both channels get closed ok,
but this always happens a short while after I close (with an MQDISC). When I
run the code outside of COM+, only 1 channel is opened, and this is closed
as soon as the close is called.
Are there any issues/tips I should be aware of running MQ through COM+?

Can you tell which channels are opened, and which one is opened only with COM+? This may be usefull to give an answer
