Can I deploy the message flow in multiple execution group and point to two datasource.

Is there seperate end points for each flow so that I can have one user testing one datasoucre and second user can test the second datasource

You can modify properties of a BAR file and deploy it to different execution groups. Perhaps you may need to propagate your datasource property to the main flow level.

You told little about your settings and surrounding. You may need to provide your testers with different queues or URLs or whatever trigger your flow uses. These properties may also be propagated and than configured in the BAR file.
