Read the IBM documentation? Use Google?
I cannot imagine how a professional IT dept or IT service provider can give a task to a beginner and tell them that it's urgent.....  |

I can because I see it all too often.
Radhadevi, kick back on your management and ask for training (I'm sure there's still an MQ application programmer's course). In the meantime, start with the Application Programming Guide, which is available in the WebSphere MQ Information Centre (link at the top of the page).
