Well no one here's going to stop you!
Nor do you need our permission.
Your question would perhaps be better phrased, "how do I convert an xml document into a simple text file using WMB?". This is another way of asking "how do I use WMB?", a question too broad to be answered here.
Someone will be along with a link to the training course in a moment.

But the world is full of documentation, samples and training course. You're also lucky that you have a really simple requirement.

Ok but using CAPITALS does not help your cause.
That is regarded as shouting. Some of use get enough of that from our PHB's during the working day...
