Hi,
MB toolkit Version: 7.0.0.2.
I have a scenario like I have to read the message from AIX system file path using the WTX Map node.
I have created the type tree, inputcard and outputcard which is running fine in design studio (WTX). But when i am referreing the same type tree , incard and outcard in WTX Map node. I am getting the below error.
ExceptionList
RecoverableException
File:CHARACTER:/build/S700_P/src/DataFlowEngine/ImbDataFlowNode.cpp

<Instance>9</Instance>
<ErrText>One or more inputs was invalid</ErrText>
</Error>
Myflow has
MQInputNode -> WTX Map Node -> MQOutput Node
I have given the AIX file path (/home/X/Y/In/EMPLOYEE.TXT) in inputcard of Map settings.
I have used the MQinput node to put (Using RFHUtil) an empty message to trigger the flow and I have a valid input in (/home/X/Y/In/EMPLOYEE.TXT) this path.
When I am sending the empty message, why i am getting the error message as "One or more inputs was invalid". whatever it is there in file path that is a valid message. because I ran the map in design studio using the above mentioned input file.
Design studio is running in windows. So i have buid Build All Maps for "Microsoft Windows" and for AIX I build for IBM AIX.
Broker also running in same environment (AIX).
Please let me know where and what I am missing in this and let me know if you need anyother information.
Thanks!!! |

I would drop WTX and code in the standard Broker. You will find better performance and less headache. _________________ http://leanpub.com/IIB_Tips_and_Tricks

You are obviously not aware of the fundamentals of using the WTX node in WMB. Some training may be called for.
FYI, WMB overrides the Input card settings ie it passes the message from the Input node, which in your case seems to be a null/invalid message |
