Is this a serious question? Google MQI, Google API. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

API = application programming interface.
MQI = message queueing interface. It is an API.
The MQI is MQ's API for use in procedural languages like C and COBOL.
You can find a description of the MQI here and in the other pages close to it in the MQ Information Center: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wmqv7/v7r0/topic/com.ibm.mq.csqzal.doc/fg11380_.htm
There are other APIs for OO languages, but they are more likely to be called "classes", rather than an API. For example there are classes for C++, .NET, Java, JMS and probably more.
Hope this helps |
