I am using broker 7 and MQ 7.. My flow is using MQ Get and identifies the message then stores the message in another Q. I am sometime , randomly get MQ 2003. The MQ Administrator said this could be related to the linear logging and long story.. But he asked that I must maybe do a get with sync point .
I thought the message is only committed once it gets to the other queue. When exactly does broker issue a commit so that MQ can release the message. Are there any options On the MQGet or MQInput I can set?

It depends on the transactionality of your message flow, which is controlled by that named option on the nodes. It has 3 values: Yes, No & Automatic and is fully described in the InfoCenter.
