Hi,
Currently I'm using the snapshot statistics monitoring the performance of my flow.
A stange thing is the field TotalNumberOfMessagesWithErrors is always 0, even exception hanppens downstream of the input node.
Does anybody know why was it?
Thanks in advance!

Yes.
The broker takes information about statistics and accounting from the operating system. On some operating systems, such as Windows, UNIX, and Linux, rounding can occur because the system calls that are used to determine the processor times are not sufficiently granular. This rounding might affect the accuracy of the data. _________________ http://leanpub.com/IIB_Tips_and_Tricks

Or it's possible that the TotalNumberOfErrorsProcessingMessages doesn't reflect what Balance is expecting it to reflect. |

If it is the reason, perhaps I should consider using events to monitor the flows. |

Sorry for mentioning the wrong field, TotalNumberOfErrorsProcessingMessages is not the field I used, TotalNumberOfMessagesWithErrors is.
What keeps confusing me is when exceptions happen, TotalNumberOfErrorsProcessingMessages keeps changing, while TotalNumberOfMessagesWithErrors stays 0, but I need TotalNumberOfMessagesWithErrors to count how many of my messages failed. Unfortunately, I can't get a number other than 0. |
