how to write BLOB Data to a file using Java Compute Node?

Use a FileOutputStream.

Whats wrong with the File Output Node provided with WMB?

I need JCN because I have to append data in the output file each time I get a new message on input node

Use Java Comput Node to append data which comes from input and then use a File Node. File Node is very simple to use
