Due to some unique circumstance at my current employer, my position is being eliminated and I’m seeking employment.
I have 13+ years experience as an MQ Administrator and 20 years experience as a CICS Systems Programmer. I came originally from an application programming position and was also a Database Administrator. I work for a large telecommunications company with 100 zos MQ's and too many dist MQ's to count.
I’d be glad to send you my resume and explain my current situation. I'm a US Citizen.
EDIT: (per comments below)
I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I've telecommuted for 9 years at my current position. Contact info (remove line breaks)

Specifying the location(s) (at least the country) of interest may help.

Please send me a PM via MQSeries.net with your contact information |
This won't happen - PM has been disabled in here for a while due to spamming.
Identify a different communication path.
You might also want to sketch out the geographic region you're looking in (or relocate / commute to) and your legal ability to work in said region (US citizen, EU passport holder, avid collector of work visas, etc) _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Thanks Jeff. Good idea. I haven't looked for a job for 26 years so I think I need to refresh the skillset doing that. |

I'd also like to refute that we're "camping" in any sense of the word (exerk, looking at you for one meaning....)
mqjeff & I don't camp here - we've built a nice little duplex out back. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

My master calls, I come running...you taught me everything I know, and it's your fault because you made me watch the 'Camping it up' Monty Python sketch on YouTube - endlessly! I still bear the marks of the cunning devices of torture used to hold my eyelids open. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

With one final diversion before this thread swings firmly back on topic, I gave up on Family Guy when Meg was tortured by being made to watch "the other 178 hours of Monty Python that's not funny".
Now let's get back to talking about this guy's job hunting efforts. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
