Prolifics is looking to hire Architects and Lead Developers with deep skills on the IBM WebSphere Process Server Suite to lead their BPM/SOA consulting engagements.
This individual must have an overall experience of 8 years or more in the IT Industry with demonstrable experience in the areas of requirements management and solution architecture and design (that focused on BPM and SOA).
The individual must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies and be able to lead teams in developing end to end BPM/SOA solutions.
This individual must have at least 3 years of hands on experience on the IBM WebSphere Process Server Suite including WebSphere Application Server, WESB, Process Server, Modeler, Business Monitor and should have implemented (production deployments) at least 2 projects that exploited the full capabilities (model, design, implement and monitor) of the suite
Additional Experience with any of the following - Message Broker, Data Power, WSRR, iLog or Lombardi is definitely a huge plus.
