sender channel is in inactive

Hi,

When i tried to start the sender channel it is going into inactive state
I tried pinging the receiver, ping is successfu
These are the sequences of messages i am seeing in the log file
AMQ9002: Channel program started.
AMQ9593: Program cannot delete queue manager object.
AMQ9999: Channel program ended abnormally.
I am facing this issue in Windows NT with MQ v 5.2

Neither of those is supported any longer. Advise your customer that any resolution of the problem is going to be best-endeavour and get their sign-off before doing anything more with the system. I vaguely (very, very vaguely) remember that scratch-pad file objects may be involved here but don't quote me.

Hopefully someone with a longer memory will be along to assist soon...
