I don't do much WMQSeries support anymore and I really miss it and all of you. Just want you to know that I still check in from time to time.

Thought I would share this with you, I found it to be terribly funny and brilliantly well done.

Actaully, I am confident in saying that the dog in the clip is and Australian Cattle Dog which is not to be confused with an Australian Shepherd which was not actually bred in Australia.

5 views, wow,...

One of the things I used to enjoy most about MQSeries.net was the social aspect.

Oh well, I guess we can all count on one constant,.. change.

I'm not so sure about it being an Australian Cattle Dog. Dogs which work on Australian livestock farms are usually:
- Border Collie http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Border_Collie
- Australian Cattle Dog (aka Blue Heeler or Red Heeler) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_Cattle_Dog
- Australian Kelpie http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_Kelpie
The dog in the clips looks more like a bitza than one of these.

You referred to an Australian Shepherd http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_Shepherd . You are right, they are not in Australia, I have never seen one here.

Maybe someone getting confused between Austria and Australia, and Austria being next door to Germany...?

ie. German Shepherd? (there are lots of those in Australia, but they are not livestock working dogs, they are used as guard dogs and pets !)

The wiki mentions the original connection between the Australian Shepherd breed and Australia.

We are getting a bit OT and I'm not even particularly interested in dogs....
