Why not use the detailed instructions in the documentation?
Or use the WMB Toolkit if (as is the common case) you have a copybook for the mainframe message?
Given your earlier question here, I recommend you read the guidelines for new posters (especially the part about this forum not being a training resource) and look to get some formal training.
WMB is not a simple product and trying to learn it piece by piece (or just the bits you feel you need to complete your assigned task) is going to be a slow, painful and unrewarding experience for you.

| thanq u i know that we have to import cobal copy book by using message set defination is it right |

You don't have to import the copybook, but it is a common way.
