Hi all,

I'm migrating WBI Message Broker V6 to WBI Message Broker V7 and I've noticed something strange.

I've this line in my flow :
SET OutputRoot.XMLNSC.Msg.Data.CheckDB.TestDate = CURRENT_TIMESTAMP;

The message is sent to a Queue.

If I browse my Queue, I see :

With WBIMB V6 :
<TestDate>2011-05-09 16:33:01.401324</TestDate>

With WBIMB V7 :
<TestDate>2011-05-09T16:33:01.401324</TestDate>

--> Why there is this "T" in the middle of my timestamp?

Is there a solution to have the same format than V6? (without casting the timestamp in a string)

Thanks

Do a search in here for 'v7 timestamp'. You're not the first to notice this and it's been discussed a few times.

See my reply in this thread : http://www.mqseries.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=54346&sid=6a074d9441d8409f3d2cb42f7ad3717e

You *can* force XMLNSC to use the same format as it used in v6.0, but I do not recommend that route. Almost all XML applications expect the format that XMLNSC now uses.
