HELP !!

I'm fighting with WMQI zOS since a week; I resolved a lot of problems bout DB2 and User Check (RACF/DB2), but now I'm stopped about deployment !!

When I deploy by Configuration Manager a simple Flow in default execution group initially everything seems go well (MQSeries NT send to MQSeries z/OS, WMQI starts some processes that work and read messages), but I find these messages:

in /var/wmqi/MQT1BRK/output/stderr:

Could not load dll : /usr/lpp/java/IBM/J1.3/bin/libjitc.so
: EDC5157I An internal error has occurred.
Warning: JIT compiler "jitc" not found. Will use interpreter.

in /var/wmqi/MQT1BRK/output/stdout:
145: Failed to load library: /usr/lpp/wmqi/lil/imbdfmqm.lil
145: Process cannot continue.

and I can see that WMQI restarts continously processes to
continue, but without success.

I suppose that can be a memory or environment problem,
but I controlled (I believe) almost averything (env variables,
memory config USS, ecc.), but nothing. HELP !
