GBM Software Group team is seeking a WebSphere Technical Sales Specialists with expertise in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Business Process Management (BPM) to assist the WebSphere Sales team in winning business for GBM.
The WebSphere Technical Sales Specialist (WTSS) actively participates with the WebSphere sales team in winning business by articulating and demonstrating the technical value proposition of the WebSphere offerings to our customers' technical, management and executive staff. This is done through building trusted relationships and delivering whiteboard/chalk talks, presentations, customised demonstrations, proof-of-technology sessions, proof-of-concepts and technical competitive analysis.
Desired Candidate Experience
• Strong WebSphere skills are very important. With a minimum of one WebSphere product area of expertise and a proven understanding of capabilities of the complimentary products in the WebSphere software portfolio.
• Strong technical aptitude and good customer-facing skills and presentation skills are a must.
• Successful software installation and implementation experience, preferably across a breadth of IBM software products, is desired but not mandatory.
• Ability to convincingly communicate and architect solutions that align with business objectives and appropriately consider people-process-technology issues.
