Can anyone tell what does Unified Logon means

and what happens if i dont select and or select it

Unified Logon is only supported for NT/2K. It is not enabled by default.
Its purpose is to allow a user to logon to MQWF without having to supply userid and Password. Note that you must still issue the logon command, but you dont specify the userid and pw.
