Is the following the maximum buffer size:

TuningParameters:
DefaultQBufferSize=104857600
DefaultPQBufferSize=104857600

or is this the maximum buffer size:

TuningParameters:
DefaultQBufferSize=1048576000
DefaultPQBufferSize=1048576000

Note as mentioned there :
The maximum value for DefaultQBufferSize and DefaultPQBufferSize is 100MB. This is true for MQ v5.3, v6.0 and v7.0.
These values represent the buffer size associated with each queue that is created after these parameters have been added to the qm.ini and the queue manager is restarted.

*It will not effect queues defined prior to the change to the value for DefaultQBufferSize and DefaultPQBufferSize unless you delete and redefine them.
