Can anyone suggest how to convert GMT to IST for a dateTime object(Other than adding Time Interval).Is there any inbulid CAST Function pattern to do that?.

No there is not, because an ESB should not need to use any time zone reference. The only time a time zone reference should ever be used in any information system is when a time is displayed to a human. Since an ESB has no user interface, it does not need to convert between time zones.
