I want to start trigger monitor under AIX using command below:
"runmqtrm -m myqmgr > log.txt &"
It is running background without locking up my terminal but when I try to exit from su "mqm", it says "you have running job" that prevent from logoff.
I used "nohup -p <pid>" but there is no effect.
How can I start trigger monitor without terminal associated ?
thanks in advance.

Are you sure that you have the right syntax? Where do you specify the initiation queue? Are you using a default? I believe you need to the manuals _________________ MQ & Broker admin
