Anybody have a link for IIB V9 for Developers download without going through Passport Advantage? All the links in V9 DeveloperWorks articles I have found point to the V10 download.
Have been searching IBM site and Google without success. I know V10 is latest but there is still need for the V9 version!

I think they remove the older versions when they release the newer one.
You can try going to the v9 main page and seeing if you can find it from there.

Nothing there. The developer version is useful for people who might actually be trying to increase skills and not having access to V9 is a pain. Oh well.

my bad. IIB v9.0.0.2 was there in the link along with v10 last week but now, its not there. |

This is really so bad - Imagine trying to do things as a "newbie" using the tutorials that were written for V9 when the code the links send you to is V10! Somebody really dropped the ball on this one!
