Hi,
I am trying to connect remotely the queuemanger in AIX using MQExplorer , i am getting below error

------------------------------------------------------------------
AMQ9504: A protocol error was detected for channel 'TEST.SVRCONN'.

EXPLANATION:
During communications with the remote queue manager, the channel program
detected a protocol error. The failure type was 11 with associated data of 0.
ACTION:
Contact the systems administrator who should examine the error logs to
determine the cause of the failure.

AMQ9999: Channel 'TEST.SVRCONN' to host 'hostname (xxx.xx.xx.xx)' ended
abnormally.

EXPLANATION:
The channel program running under process ID 3277262 for channel 'TEST.SVRCONN'
ended abnormally. The host name is 'hostname (xxx.xx.xx.xx'; in some cases the
host name cannot be determined and so is shown as '????'.

Queue manger in AIX version is "7.1.0.1".

i was disabled the channel auth property.

CHLAUTH(DISABLED)

and the svrconn channel added the mcauser as mqm
CHANNEL(TEST.SVRCONN) CHLTYPE(SVRCONN) MCAUSER(mqm)

Please can anyone tell me what I am missing?

maybe somebody trying a telnet to the port? and the currently running chl picked up the "noise"?

The svrconn channel is created by me "'TEST.SVRCONN'
for this remote connection from windows.
