Hello Support, any idea if there is known issue for MQ 5.2 communicates with MQ V7? If there is issue, any document to support it?

We are not support.

There is a known issue with this.

It is that v5.2 is out of support.

MQ channel interoperability between queue managers on various versions of MQ is usually OK. The MCAs will negotiate the protocol to the lowest common supported level. I suspect that IBM have only tested MQ v7.0 & v7.0.1 with other versions that were supported just before release, ie. v6.0.X.
