Hi All
Currently we are using Trace node for logging purpose in our system to get step by step state of execution of process. Now we want to remove these nodes and enable some different kind of logging.
One way of logging is Log4j but I have heard IBM support does not support for log4j.
Please help me in making decision about new approach of logging.

Absolutely untrue.
log4j works very well in WMB. (Just don't use the log4j supportpac; use log4j directly from a JCN node.)
Put log4j-1.2.16.jar in shared-classes folder and log4j.properties in common/wsrr folder. _________________ http://leanpub.com/IIB_Tips_and_Tricks

It is strictly true that IBM support does not provide support for log4j.
It is even strictly true that IBM Message Broker Support does not provide support for log4j.
It is also strictly true that IBM Message Broker Support does not provide support for the Log4J supportPac.
None of that means that it is not supported to use log4j from within Message Broker.
None of that means that you won't get at least some assistance - at least as much assistance as the PMR process allows - if you have an issue with using log4j from within Message Broker.
