Hi,

We are Using RefFSContextFactory for getting the INITIAL CONTEXT FACTORY and Provider URL is
"file:///IP/Directory Name " in the JMS Sender Program .

To be precise we are using MQ Series / Weblogic .for which thru , JMSAdmin we have configured the MQ Objects.

My Question if the Weblogic and MQ are residing in different boxes ( which is usually the case) , my Provider_URL is not working in Sun Solaris (In Windows NT, it works fine ) . how to set it in SUN SOLARIS when both MQ and Weblogic reside on diff Sun Solaris boxes , (both boxes have access to each other.)

We are not planning to use LDAP.

Rgds,
Mukundan

I am not sure if you have considered doing this but still you can give it a try
Normally you can access the file(s) from one SUN box which are residing on some other SUN box through NFS. One box needs to be configured as a NFS server and the other as a client. Servers provide access to their file systems by sharing them over the NFS environment. You specify which file systems are to be shared with the share command or the /etc/dfs/dfstab file.

Hope this will work!!

Harwinder
