Don't just do what we ask; rather, do what you need to do when you want to learn something new, namely: do basic research.

It's a WebSphere MQ Fundamentals publication.
Once you have a basic understanding of WMQ, if you have doubts, do more research. Download an evaluation copy of WMQ for free from IBMs website, install it, and test and experiment.
Many of your questions have already been answered here. There's a search box at the top of this page.
