It seems that you don't have basic understanding about the MQ. Please read the available documents to have some understanding first.

Don't just do what we ask; rather, do what you need to do when you want to learn something new, namely: do basic research.

It's a WebSphere MQ Fundamentals publication.
Once you have a basic understanding of WMQ, if you have doubts, do more research. Download an evaluation copy of WMQ for free from IBMs website, install it, and test and experiment.
